Our main goal is to satisfy the needs of our furry customers! If you feel you have received a defective item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Instructions for Returns:

Send an email to Help@FidosFave.com within seven (7) days upon receipt of the item. 

Please include the following in your email:

  • Order Number
  • Item Name

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the conditions below are not met:

  • Items have been used and/or altered.

    Note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the shipping of a reorder.
